Our team at LanHai have a wide range of experiences of working with partnerships between UK and Chinese universities. To those who are new to this area it can sometimes seem complicated and confusing. We can provide reliable, confidential and professional advice to managers and academics wishing to develop courses, projects or collaborative provisions between the UK and China as well as advice on developing bids for British Council and other public funding bodies.
In the UK, Peter Sewell is a Lecturer and business partner with the Knowledge Transfer Team at the University of Central Lancashire and has been nominated as the external examiner for Employability courses at Bradford University. LanHai CM have also delivered workshops for Lancaster, Salford and Leicester Universities. Director Peter Sewell is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services.
In China, Peter Sewell has worked on graduate Employability & Entrepreneurship projects with Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and Xiamen University of Technology through British Council funded Prime Minister’s Initiative (PMI2) projects since 2008 and has also worked with universities in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuxi and Hong Kong. In 2009 he was appointed as a ‘Tutor for Entrepreneurship and Career Development’ at the Xiamen University of Technology, in recognition of his achievements in employability and entrepreneurship education.
