We collect personal data to facilitate business between LanHai and the companies that we are actively working with, e.g. providing services to or establishing a sales relationship and in the case of the details of companies we are planning to target, to enable us to approach them for sales attempts or to build partnerships. We are sometimes sent client CVs via email, for advice purposes and we also hold the CVs of employees, past and present. We retain the CVs of employees that are no longer working with us as we might wish to work with again in future. Our policy at present is to not hire staff but to outsource all our recruitment to an agency, who manage our HR functions.
