He is an outdoor enthusiast and has a lot of experience surviving in the wild. He spent years doing cross-continental cycle trips including from Russia to China, France to Sweden, China mainland to Tibet. When it comes to the real competitive career world, Tea found out that surviving is more difficult than in the wild! After several times of trials and errors in the employment market, Tea got his career compass from Lanhai Career Management.
Tea has worked as the Marketing Director of Trek Bicycles and Brand Development Manager of Katalyst Bicycles. In 2013, he entered the education industry and used his skills to work as an outdoor educator in top outdoor companies like Insight Adventures, Peninsula Outdoor School and Ateam Edventures.
